Justin Blu, GEM USA Iconic Champion of Change Awardee, is the founder of Justin Blu U’niversity − an initiative focused on providing education and life lessons from a black perspective, in order to achieve a greater global society. He has bridged gaps between higher education and marginalized populations by delivering imperative information to millions of viewers via social media. As a scholar-activist, empowerment speaker, and entrepreneur, Justin Blu actively sheds light on racial injustice and inequalities; while simultaneously informing communities and individuals of solutions to empower themselves. 
JuBeginning with involvement in organizations such as Black Student Union, and Men Achieving Leadership Excellence and Success, on the campus Florida International University (FIU), Justin Blu has continually found innovative ways to make progressive impacts. He recently participated as a cast member in MTV’s signature show, The Real World. Pioneering the use of reality television to conduct activism, Blu utilized the platform to address racism and systemic oppression. 
Throughout his endeavors, Blu persistently strives to combat racial propaganda; especially regarding inaccurate narratives depicting black males. Justin Blu earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from FIU and is currently a graduate student researching African American studies at Georgia State University. Through his LLC, Justin Blu U’niversity, he mentor’s youth, conducts clothing drives, provides educational workshops, and organizes community empowering events. Justin Blu has committed him self to pushing for equality and serving marginalized populations.

Brea is a skilled communications strategist, influencer engagement professional, and activist/organizer with a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University. 
She has contributed to dozens of electoral and advocacy campaigns including the 2017 Women’s March (where she served as the youngest national organizer), the campaign to #FreeMeekMill, the 2018 student walkouts against gun violence, Jumaane Williams’ successful bid for NYC Public Advocate, and more.For her work in coalition with other activists and organizers, Brea has been recognized as a 2017 Glamour Women of the Year, 2019 i-D Up and Rising, and has spoken on her work globally. 
In addition to her full-time work with Inspire Justice, Brea is an active member of Justice League NYC (a rapid-response criminal justice task-force), a co-chair for the Board of Activists for COMMUNITYx (a revolutionary tech-startup by and for activists), and the Grassroots & Community Liaison for Justice For Black Girls (a non-profit addressing the criminalization and adultification of femme Black youth).

Brooke Baker (she/her) is an everchanging Black activist merging fashion, education, and marketing to foster equity and inclusion for Black and Brown communities. She is also an entrepreneur and fashion designer for her own clothing line, YABO (@shopyabo on Instagram), and her own independent manufacturing company as well, Baker Carter Manufacturing. 
A graduate from Howard University, Baker’s work has advanced the movement to end gun violence, promote body positivity, racial and social justice through different mediums of artistic expression ranging from fashion design to communication management, all while promoting the importance of self-care. Currently, Baker is also a gun violence activist coordinating as the Director of Communications for a youth-led advocacy organization, Youth Over Guns, advocating for solutions to end gun violence while centering marginalized communities.
Jeremiah Ingram

Jeremiah Ingram. A Howard University School of Business graduate currently working in commercial banking at BancorpSouth Bank. He currently owns multiple businesses involved in music production(@jingram.llc), media/news (@tlb.news), luxury streetwear apparel (@tlb.llc), and
consulting via his conglomerate, The Lifestyle Brand, LLC. It's main priority is to promote leadership, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and artiststry through the lens of Black excellence and culture.

Brittany Carter always had a grand love affair with music from dancing, singing, and always being surrounded and rooted in Black creativity,  being rasied by musicians on both sides of her family. She always belueved that she loved the music, due to how it made her feel, but soon, she realized it was due to her impact on the world. Brittany Carter is an American singer and songrwiter that has worked with legendary artists such as J. Cole, Ari Lennox, Stevie Wonder, Sam Smith, and more. 
Brittany has travelled across the globe as both a singer and advocate for Black and Brown creatives promoting both mental and physical health. She founded HeauxGa, a yoga and flexibility fitness program that fused both her passion with music and body strengthening techniques to promote balancing both your physical wellbeing, life-balance skills, and understanding the divine energy within. Her yoga and flexibility flow programs are based upon her time studying at Alvin Ailey and professional expertise. 

T.J. Matally is a leader in both civilian and military physical training. From an early start, his interests in strength training from competing in organized football, basketball, and track and field have fueled his passion for maximizing optimal results in physical fitness. 
Upon volunteering for the United States Marine Corps, this passion was expanded by rigorously earning a First Degree Black Belt in Marine Corps Martial Arts, achieving repeatedly perfect Combat Fitness Test scores, and leading countless Marines through organized bodyweight training sessions. 
Through studying under Concordia University St. Paul’s Exercise Science (B.A.) program, attaining an American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal training certificate, and becoming an instructor for Military Style Training Academy of New York, this has furthered his understanding of the human body from both an academic and personal standpoint to continue progressing in training methods and skill. T.J. strives to provide an educational, challenging, and enjoyable opportunity for anyone willing to learn effective training practices backed by scientific evidence and experience.
